Artes Latinas is a consortium of first-rate Latin ensembles led by Karin Stein from Colombia and Edgar East from Panama.  Ed and Karin are lead singers in most of these ensembles, but each group specializes in a different music style and includes a broad range of virtuoso musicians.

Latin jazz quartet that mixes traditional and original Latin music with jazz piano.

Quartet or quintet. Cumbia, merengue, samba, contemporary pop.

AMERICAS3

Muscial/theatrical show in 8 languages that examines migration, suffering, work, love, place, and celebration throughout the Americas.

LOS LLANEROS

Quartet or trio.  Colorful blend of music styles from Colombia and Venezuela.
MARIACHI DE COLORES

Trio or quintet.  Mexican music, mariachi, son jarocho, huapango.  As a trio it does not include trumpet or violin.  As a quintet, it does.

MARIACHI FEMENIL TECALITLÁN USA

Clasic mariachi repertoire featuring strong female voices.

AFRO-LATIN PROJECT

Ensemble consisting of 10-15 performers.  Drums, voices, and dances from the African diaspora in Latin America.

CONCERT OF MESTIZO TALES

Collection of traditional tales from several regions of the Americas, told by a professional actor, with live musical scoring by Latin duo Calle Sur (see above).
